Processing an Item That Has Been Assigned to You

This guide walks you through the steps to identify, review, and complete an item that’s been assigned to you in eComm. It helps ensure tasks are handled efficiently and properly documented.

Steps:

  • Open your “My Dashboard” or visit the project’s Item Log to find items assigned to you.

  • Filter or sort the list to show only items currently in your court.

  • Click on the item to open the detailed view.

  • Review the item’s description, deadline, related contract or document, and any attachments.

  • If necessary, attach supporting files or add comments/remarks.

  • Update any required fields (e.g., status, required on-site date, lead time).

  • Execute the required action (approve, reject, revise, complete) as per your role.

  • Add your digital signature if the process requires it.

  • Save and Submit the item to move it out of your court and into the next step. 

  • Confirm the item has moved off your “Assigned To Me” list to ensure it’s no longer pending your action.
