The eComm 2.3.2.1046 release includes several fixes and enhancements designed to improve usability, workflow clarity, reporting, and project date tracking.

Overlapped Lists of Item Logs and Contacts
An issue causing lists of item logs and contacts to overlap has been fixed.
PDF Markup/Stamp
The PDF Markup/Stamp feature has been updated to more clearly communicate when the markup tool is available while processing an item.
Substantial Completion Date
The “Substantial Completion Date” now acts as a Master Substantial Completion Date.
This date can be updated in two places:
- Project Details
- A PCO to CO item
When a PCO to CO item is updated and closed, the Substantial Completion Date will update automatically.
If not all PCO to CO items include a date, the system will retain the most recent Substantial Completion Date update.
Users can still manually override the date in Project Details. However, the next closed PCO to CO item that updates the Substantial Completion Date will override the manual update.
The Substantial Completion Date will also update automatically on the My Projects page.
Specific users can be assigned the ability to update the project Substantial Completion Date under Details using the Site Variable:

+Invite Button
The +Invite button has been updated with the following improvements:
- Users can now update the “Trade” field for an added user.
- “Send Invitation to [email address]” text has been added to clarify when a brand-new user is being invited.
- Text size has been increased to 12-point font for improved readability.
Item Log Export Log
Step Arrival and Step Departure dates are now available on item log export reports.
These dates are displayed as:
- Start Date
- Finish Date
