Purpose
The Item Log has been updated to improve filtering, column customization, saved views, exporting, and bulk item and attachment actions.
Updated Features
Filter Pane Moved to the Right
The Item Log filter pane has been moved to the right side of the screen for a cleaner and more consistent user experience.
Users can continue filtering item log results by available fields, including:
- View
- Activity Since
- Only Awaiting My Attention
- Only Overdue
- Search
- Posted By
- Ball in Court
- Status
- ID
- Description
- Comments
- Attachment Name
- Item-specific fields based on the log type
Customize Columns
Users can now choose which columns display in the Item Log through Customize View.
Users can:
- Select columns to display
- Remove columns from the view
- Reorder columns
- Save customized views
Available columns may vary by item log type.
Manage Views
Users can manage saved custom views for Item Logs.
This includes:
- Viewing saved custom views
- Deleting custom views
- Sharing views, based on permissions
- Copying views where applicable
Export View
The Options menu now includes Export View.
Users can export the current item log view based on the selected filters and visible columns.
Download Multiple Attachments
The Options menu includes Download Multiple Attachments.
Users can select attachments from the Attachments column and download them together as a ZIP file.
Notes:
- Users can select individual attachments.
- Users can use Shift to select groups of attachments.
- Files over 1 GB cannot be included.
Delete Multiple Items
The Options menu includes Delete Multiple Items.
Users can select multiple items from the left column and delete them together.
This is intended to reduce manual effort when removing several item log entries at once.
