Finding Your eComm Username
If you’ve forgotten your user name, this guide shows how to easily retrieve it through the “Forgot User Name” feature, using your registered email address to regain access.
Steps:

Navigate to your eComm portal login page

Click the “Forgot user name” link

In the prompt, enter the email address associated with your eComm account

Click “Send Email”

Check your email inbox for a message containing your user name

Follow the instructions in the email to log back in using your user name
