Export an Item Log Report from eComm

This guide walks you through exporting reports from item logs in eComm. You’ll learn how to select columns, apply sorting, and generate tailored documents for analysis or record-keeping.

Steps:

  • Navigate to your project dashboard

  • Select the item log you wish to create a report for in the left menu
  • Click the three dots option at the top of the page

  • Select Export Report and you will be moved to the report page

  • Add the columns you want to include

  • Click the > arrow to move chosen columns into the export document

  • Set your first sort option (REQUIRED)

  • Set your second sort option

  • Click Export to download the report and a new excel spreadsheet will start to download
