The eComm 2.3.2.1038 release includes updates for prepopulated submittals, closed item filtering, password reset access, copied required processor permissions, and markup tool performance.
What’s New in eComm 2.3.2.1038
Prepopulated Submittals
For prepopulated submittals, the contact name that the submittal is prepopulated for can now be changed easily using a dropdown.
The newly selected contact will become a required processor, along with the contacts in that person’s company.
Closed Items
Closed Items is now available as a filter option for Dashboard View on the Dashboard.
Reset Password
The Reset Password button is now located at the top of the Edit Contact page.
This makes it easier to send a reset password email.
Copy Required Processor Signatures
When copying Required Processors for a specific person and project, additional settings are now included.
In addition to copying required processors on items, eComm now also copies:
- Email notices for that specific person, including posted and closed emails
- Post New permission
- Edit permissions
- Delete permissions
- Prepop permissions
Markup Tool
The markup tool includes significant improvements and efficiencies related to file handling and layers.
