You can access your project 24/7 with an online internet connection.  Projects are accessible for one year after substantial completion during warranty.  A closeout of all files and activity can be provided anytime that can be stored on a file server for you or your owner.  Or you can choose to conveniently always access eComm with the storage and archival option upgrade.

How do you charge for eComm?

eComm is always charged per project, with no annual contract required, based on a percentage of construction cost. It is a one-time fee that can be invoiced in one lump sum or monthly or quarterly.  This gives you the flexibility to cover eComm costs appropriate for you and your project.  eComm is always free unlimited users, free unlimited data and free unlimited daily support.

Does eComm make it easier to provide project reports to stakeholders or leadership?

Yes, eComm allows you to generate detailed reports on any project instantly, streamlining communication with leadership, board members, and other stakeholders.

What is the timeline to implement a project.

We schedule a meeting to discuss documents and processes from one to three hours. Then the eComm Support Team builds the eComm project.  Internal and external user training normally takes about one hour.  Your project is officially launched.
