WE ASKED: How do other people on your project respond to using eComm?
The first time a contractor uses it doesn’t take long for them to learn the platform
For any project team member who does not have experience with eComm it is very user friendly.
When we discuss eComm, we recognize the many benefits of using it. My guys in the field lean on its convenience daily and encourage all sub contractors to use it. This helps everyone to play from the same play book.
Easy to use. Minimal training required to be efficient with using eComm.
I have found that this platform has an easy to use setup that new users quickly learn.
Most are already using eComm, but I’ve had to train a few design team members and they pick it up very quickly.
Easy to use and there is always someone available to help when questions arise.
I do know when I speak with contractors during the bidding phase, most of them know what eComm is and respond positively when I tell them we will be using it for the project management.
Most everyone is familiar with eComm by now. We do run into Contractors occasionally who are not, but it is pretty simple to pick up.
Owners and design teams have generally picked up quickly on the ability to use Ecomm, and actually really like that all of their information is all in one spot. Functionality wise, projects flow very well from that perspective
We’ve yet to find any users that have had a negative experience. On this project we’ve been using eComm since 2016. With more than 8 years of success we are pleased to be using eComm.
Typically, not excited at first to learn something new, but the support is great, so once folks learn their space, it goes well.
Some of the subcontractors think it is complex but once they use it there are no issues.

People like it – especially the feature of being able to see what items are new within the last 30 days. This is super helpful for my admin when she is pulling data for multiple projects for board meetings.

The support team at Lynn is nothing short of amazing. I am always impressed with how quickly the team can accommodate request. Everyone is very approachable and positive. I never hesitate to reach out to them with questions or needs.
The support team is very responsive to any questions, concerns, or glitches that occur. Typically we have a resolution within hours and often much quicker than that.

The support team that Ecomm has is great to work with. They have typically responded to emails within minutes for help, and if problems required their assistance, they usually have them taken care of before we even get a chance to explain to owners or design teams what the problem is. I also really like the ability to call in for help, and I have always gotten ahold of someone.
